Syed Mosnoon Ali is a senior banking professional with over two decades of experience in credit management, investment operations, human resources, and learning & development across the private banking sector in Bangladesh. He currently serves as Vice President of Standard Bank Learning Center, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities in line with both national regulations and international banking standards.

Mr. Ali has extensive expertise in Islamic banking and Shariah-compliant financial systems, having developed and delivered specialized training modules on Islamic investment and risk assessment. His leadership extends to HR policy, operational compliance, and institutional capacity building. He has previously held senior roles in branch operations and the Human Resources Division of Standard Bank PLC.

He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and is certified in areas including lending risk analysis, foreign trade, leadership development, and digital transformation.
