Rezve Rahman Siddique is a forward-thinking professional with over 10 years of diverse experience across financial services, IT infrastructure, administration, skilled workforce development, and strategic risk management. With a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from AIUB and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, he brings a unique blend of technical precision and business insight to every challenge.

Rezve began his career in IT, where he managed core banking systems, implemented cybersecurity protocols, and led enterprise-wide digital upgrades. He later moved into business development and investment risk management, where he worked closely with leadership to shape strategic initiatives, strengthen compliance, and enhance decision-making through robust MIS frameworks.

In addition to his corporate work, Rezve is deeply committed to skill development and youth empowerment. He has actively participated in and facilitated programs aimed at building job-ready competencies among young professionals, particularly in areas like banking technology, risk awareness, and digital security. He envisions creating platforms and initiatives that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and market demand of empowering young people to become future-ready in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

He has completed a range of professional certifications and training, including Cisco’s CCNA, banking software security systems, and workshops on investment risk analysis, anti-money laundering protocols, and cybersecurity awareness in financial institutions.
