Md. Sakib Hassan Khan has been appointed as Director to the Board of Empower Edge Limited. He is a dynamic HR professional with over a decade of cross-industry experience, currently serving as the Lead of HR Global Operations in a multinational company name Augmedix Bangladesh. He specializes in strategic HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational development.
Sakib has a proven track record of streamlining processes, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practices with global standards using tools like ADP, Rippling, Zenefits, MIHCM, and various SaaS platforms. His expertise includes performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with both local labor laws and international standards such as ISO 27001:2013.
Prior to joining Augmedix, he contributed to HR transformations in financial institutions like CVC Finance and United Finance, as well as development organizations like BRAC. At the early stages of his career, he also worked for the leading telecommunication company Grameenphone as customer service manager.
He holds a PGDHRM & BBA Major in Human Resources management from AIUB. Sakib has also received professional certifications HR Operations from World Academy.
